The Kirk Session

The Kirk Session manages the spiritual affairs of the Church. We presently have 32 active serving elders, meeting six times per year. Elders serve in a wide variety of ways, including managing the ongoing connections with our members through district visitations.

We manage our day to day business affairs through one committee (Leadership) and six working groups (Looking Up, Looking Out, Looking In, Financial Stewardship, Fabric, Communications). Each group has a specific remit led by a convenor and vice convenor. Convenors’ meetings take place on an ad hoc basis.

Our Moderator is Tim Mineard (Minister) and Session Clerk is Julie Meggat.
